Bridget Bailey Behrens

Bridget Bailey Behrens has nearly 20 years of advertising and real estate combined experience. Her career has given her the opportunity to advertise locally, nationally and on an international level. Her expertise in product presentation/staging and marketing is a major asset for our clients. Bridget’s knowledge of the marketplace and strong negotiating skills gives our clients the edge in home buying and selling.
Kim Antonelli
Listing & Transaction Manager/Realtor/Notary
Kim is proud to be a member of the Bailey Team. As a licensed agent, Kim facilitates many aspects of the buying and selling process. After 15 years in the financial services industry, including nine years at Goldman Sachs, Kim moved to Whitefish Bay in 2007 and has been active in the community and her children’s school. Real estate transactions can be a confusing time; Kim and the Team strive to reduce that pressure so you can make clear, concise decisions throughout the process.
Barb Bailey
Inspection Specialist/Notary
Barb's long real estate experience, coupled with her knowledge of home construction and remodeling, has earned the respect of our clients and her fellow real estate professionals. The North Shore has been her home for her entire life. She is a direct descendant of Antoine Le Clair, who is known to have made one of the first Milwaukee real estate transactions. He sold his fur-trading cabin on the Milwaukee River to Solomon Juneau. Barb is a top producer, respected by her peers and an aggressive advocate for her clients.
MaryKathryn Malaney
Marketing Manager/Transaction Coordinator
After working at Target in product sourcing, MaryKathryn left her career behind to raise her two boys. She was able to keep busy with philanthropic endeavors and serving on various community boards. Now that her kids have gotten older, she is excited to bring her love of real estate and organization to The Bailey Team! For The Bailey Team, MaryKathryn works to ensure smooth running of the Team by carrying out the day-to-day running of the office, managing the team website & social media and staging our listing properties.
Christie Ortwein
Graphic Designer
Christie Ortwein has been working with The Bailey Team since 2018, applying her twenty-plus years of design and marketing experience to the fast-paced and ever-changing world of real estate. Gaining invaluable experience in promotions and advertising companies as well as in boutique design firms, Christie has parlayed her design and communication skills across multiple platforms and feels right at home with The Bailey Team, where they encourage her to flex her ‘creative muscles’ as well as show her quirky sense of humor. It’s the perfect balance of hard work and fun, and Christie tries to help clients remember that there should be no such thing as All Work and No Play, even when buying and selling houses.
